HOW DO I ORDER?

We make most things custom made to order, unless otherwise noted. We do not have a pile of jewelry hanging around. Rather, each order is made especially for you. Our turnaround time averages one week.

All online orders are made through PAYPAL, which accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and E-check. YOu don't have to be a PAYPAL member or even sign up to use their service. We also accept money orders, cashier's checks, and personal checks. However, please note that we will hold personal checks for 7 days before sending out orders. Mail order payments has to be received within 7 days of initial email contact. If you are ordering this way, follow these steps:

• Email us and indicate what items you would like to purchase.
• Print out the order form and send it it with your payment.

****Special Note about Coupon Codes: If you happen to have a coupon code, enter it under "Where did you find us?" section upon checkout. You will continue and finish your normal checkout. After that, we will apply a credit refund to the amount of the discount will be applied to your credit card. PAYPAL doesn't do automatic coupon codes, that's why we have to process the discount and give a refund afterwards.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING POLICIES?

We ship immediately after an order is completed. Orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail. Shipping will be calculated by PAYPAL upon checkout. Domestic shipping rates are as follows:

• $0.00 to $49.99 : $5.00
• $50.00 to $99.99 : $6.00
• $100 to $199.99 : $8.00
• Orders above $200 : FREE SHIPPING

An additional $5.00 will be added to international orders. International orders are shipped via usps global priority. PAYPAL does not automatically calculate shipping for international orders. please click the "select" button below to add international shipping to your order. any orders placed outside the united states without international shipping fees will be cancelled.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Since each order is custom-made, all sales are final. If there is something wrong with your order, or if it is damaged upon shipment, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order so we can figure out the problem and send a replacement if needed.

DO YOU DO WHOLESALE OR CONSIGNMENTS?

Yes, we do. Please email your your name, company name, email address, and phone number and we will contact you as soon as we can.

WHAT IS WOODBURNING?

Woodburning is a form of pyrography, or the art of producing designs on wood or other materials using heated tools or a fine flame. Woodburning is an ancient art, and was primarily used to decorate folk art artifacts.
